Terms and Conditions

1. Hunter agrees to abide by all laws governing the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. Any violation of these laws will be grounds for hunt termination.
2. Hunter may harvest one deer (buck or doe) on this hunt.
3. 50% of hunt is due upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance must be paid prior to SEPT 1. (cashiers check, money order, or personal check)
4. Hunt package does not include Ohio hunting license, deer tag, deer processing fee, or trophy mounting fee. Hunting license and deer tag may be purchased on line. (See LINKS)
5. Hunter understands that he alone is responsible for his safety and agrees to not hold Mound Hill Outfitters LLC or Mound Hill Farms LLC liable or responsible for any occurrence that may arise on this hunt.
6. Safety apparatus must be worn at all times while hunting in tree stands. Although safety apparatuses are attached to all stands, Mound Hill Outfitters will not be held liable for safety apparatus in any tree stand.
7. Hunter acknowledges this is a 100% free range fair chase hunt with no fences.
8. Antlered deer harvested must have a minimum score of 140".
